Compensation Details

A lifetime URI Distributorship requires only the purchase of our Distributor Kit at a low, one-time price of $9.95. There is never a renewal fee - once you join you will remain a URI Distributor for life (as long as you make a minimum of 1 purchase every 6 months). The Company does not require a Distributor to sponsor or recruit anyone to participate as a Distributor.

The only qualifications required are drive, determination and desire.

1. RETAIL SALES

There are 2 ways to benefit from retail sales.

  1. You will earn commission through retail sales when you purchase URI Products at Distributor Pricing, sell at Retail and keep the profits.
  2. When a person orders product direct from your URI International website, you will be paid the difference between wholesale and retail.

2. FAST START COMMISSIONS (Pays Weekly)

The URI Fast Start Bonus Program provides a fast, fair and balanced distribution of Fast Start Bonuses to the Sponsor and qualifying upline. The URI Fast Start Bonus is paid on new sign-up orders only.

When you sponsor a new URI Distributor who makes a product purchase at the time of sign-up, you receive a 40% Fast Start Bonus on the purchase PV of that order plus additional bonus on Sign-up Packs. There are no PV requirements for a Sponsor to qualify for Fast Start Bonus on their first generation (personally enrolled) Distributors.

When you meet a monthly PV of 100 within 40 days prior to the end of the commission week. You are also qualified to receive 4 generations of Fast Start Bonus (40% on first, 10% on second and 5% on third and fourth generations. The easiest way to meet this requirement is with a monthly Autoship.

3. FAST START BONUS POOL (Pays Monthly)

Our generous 5% fast start pool is calculated based on the volume of all signup orders company wide. To receive 1 share in this pool, you must meet a monthly qualification of 100 PV, with 5 newly enrolled Distributors with a minimum 100 PV signup order within the commission month. You can earn 1 additional share for every 5 additional new URI Distributors that enroll with a 100 PV signup order. The Fast Start Bonus Pool pays monthly based on the numbers of shares that you have qualified for in the calendar month.

Example: You Enroll 15 new Distributors with 100 PV at time of sign-up this calendar month. You qualify for 3 shares in the 5% pool for this calendar month. Shares are pro-rated among eligible URI Distributors each month.

4. 20% MATCHING BONUS

To further reward your hard work, the URI 20% Matching Bonus Program provides an additional and exciting way to earn more commissions through teamwork! This unique Matching Bonus feature of our compensation plan allows you to participate in a 20% Matching Bonus on all of your personally sponsored (enrolled) URI Distributors no matter where they are in your downline.

The 20% Matching Bonus program includes additional benefits. When paired with the URI Compensation Plan, the 20% Matching Bonus program encourages your Upline Distributors to work directly with their downline to help them become successful. This principle of teamwork is heightened throughout your entire organization. As a URI Distributor, you work for yourself, but never by yourself.

What does this mean for you? Any time your personally sponsored Distributors earn a URI monthly uni-level commission check, YOU will earn 20% of that amount! Why? Because the 20% matching bonus is paid on every uni-level commission check generated by a personally sponsored (enrolled) URI Distributor in your organization! Now every additional person that you personally sponsor, even those that you Sponsor and place in your downline, can result in an increase in your monthly commission check.

Example: If one of your personally sponsored URI Distributors (anywhere in your downline) earns a $1,000 monthly Uni-Level Commission check, you will receive a $200 Matching Bonus!

The URI Compensation Program does not require you to have more than 3 Distributors on your first level to achieve success. Imagine how much you could earn when you receive a 20% Matching Bonus on all of your personally sponsored URI Distributors, no matter how deep they are in your organization. This bonus could be substantial for those who personally enroll new URI Distributors. You must have a monthly Autoship with a minimum of 100 PV to qualify for Matching Bonus. How the URI Compensation Plan works:

The URI Compensation Plan pays our Distributors a true 50% and consists of 9 Ranks. Leadership overrides are paid monthly to those that place a regular order of a minimum of 100 PV. The easiest way to ensure that you qualify each month is with a Monthly Autoship or Backup Autoship. You are also eligible to purchase URI Products at Distributor pricing (approximately 20% less than retail pricing).

5. MONTHLY LEADERSHIP OVERRIDES

As an URI Distributor you have the potential to earn up to 9 levels of commissions (plus infinity bonuses) as you build your organization. Standard and dynamic compression apply to all levels. When you sign-up a Preferred Customer (Retail), you will also earn retail sales commissions on the price difference between wholesale and retail.

Affiliate
As an Affiliate you earn 20% on PC purchases plus 5% on your first generation volume. Monthly PV qualification: 100 PV

Supervisor
As a Supervisor, you are guaranteed a 2 level payout:

Level 1: 5%, Level 2: 5% to infinity

Minimum monthly PV requirement: 100 PV   
Minimum monthly GV requirement: 300 GV

Manager
As a Manager, you are guaranteed a 3 level payout.

Level 1: 5%, Level 2: 5%, Level 3: 10% to infinity.

Minimum monthly PV requirement: 100 PV   
Minimum monthly GV requirement: 3,000 GV


Executive

As an Executive, you are guaranteed a 4 level payout.  At this rank, you also qualify for 1 share in our 5% monthly Leadership Bonus Pool.

Level 1: 5%, Level 25%, Level 3: 10%, Level 4: 5% to infinity.

Minimum monthly PV requirement: 100 PV   
Minimum monthly GV requirement: 9,000 GV (maximum 6,000 per leg).


Director

As a Director, you are guaranteed a 5 level payout.  At this rank, you also qualify for 2 shares in our 5% monthly Leadership Bonus Pool.

Level 1: 5%, Level 2: 5%, Level 3: 10%, Level 4: 5%, Level 5: 5% to infinity.

Minimum monthly PV requirement: 100 PV   
Minimum monthly GV requirement: 27,000 GV (maximum 9,000 per leg).


Presidential

As a Presidential, you are guaranteed a 6 level payout.  At this rank, you also qualify for 3 shares in our 5% monthly Leadership Bonus Pool.

Level 1: 5%, Level 2: 5%, Level 3: 10%, Level 4: 5%, Level 5: 5%, Level 6: 5% to infinity.

Minimum monthly PV requirement: 100 PV   
Minimum monthly GV requirement: 81,000 GV (maximum 27,000 per leg).


National Presidential

As a National Presidential, you are guaranteed a 7 level payout.  At this rank, you also qualify for 4 shares in our 5% monthly Leadership Bonus Pool.

Level 1: 5%, Level 25%, Level 3: 10%, Level 4: 5%, Level 5: 5%, Level 6: 5% to infinity, Level 7:  5%

Minimum monthly PV requirement: 100 PV   
Minimum monthly GV requirement: 180,000 GV (maximum 60,000 per leg).


Global Presidential

As a Global Presidential, you are guaranteed a 8 level payout.  At this rank, you also qualify for 5 shares in our 5% monthly Leadership Bonus Pool.

Level 1: 5%, Level 25%, Level 3: 10%, Level 4: 5%, Level 5: 5%, Level 6: 5% to infinity, Level 7:  5%, Level 8 5%.

Minimum monthly PV requirement: 100 PV   
Minimum monthly GV requirement: 270,000 GV (maximum 90,000 per leg).


Universal Presidential

As a Universal Presidential, you are guaranteed 9 levels of payout. At this rank, you also qualify for 6 shares in our 5% monthly Leadership Bonus Pool.

Level 1: 5%, Level 25%, Level 3: 10%, Level 4: 5%, Level 5: 5%, Level 6: 5% to infinity, Level 7:  5%, Level 8 5%, Level 9 3%

Minimum monthly PV requirement: 100 PV   
Minimum monthly GV requirement: 360,000 GV (maximum 120,000 per leg).

6. MONTHLY LEADERSHIP BONUS POOLS

As you achieve the ranks of Executive, Director, Presidential and up, you are eligible to participate the Leadership Bonus Pool based on company wide sales. We have reserved 5% of the total company monthly Volume for our leaders. (Does not include Fast Start Volume.) Each of these ranks will qualify for shares of the 5% Leadership Bonus Pool. The Leadership Pool Bonus is paid monthly. Shares are pro-rated among eligible URI Distributors each month.

7. 3% GLOBAL INCENTIVE POOL

3% of the total Company Group Volume has been set aside for contests, incentives, trips, rewards and recruiting bonuses as determined by the company. (Includes Fast Start Volume.)

8. INFINITY BONUS

Earn income with our infinity bonus that dynamically compresses any volume up that has not been paid out through rank. This special feature allows the URI Compensation Plan to pay our a true 50%, with no breakage for the Company to keep. URI International’s Infinity Bonus continues to be paid on your downline until interrupted by a URI Distributor of the same Rank or higher paid on level less than the guarantee level of pay of your rank, below someone of equal or higher rank. The URI Infinity bonus can reward you well beyond 9 levels. The unique aspect of our Compensation Plan far exceeds the typical payout depth of other compensation plans. This feature enables you to potentially earn rewards all the way to the bottom of your organization.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

For URI Distributors who have a minimum 100PV active Autoship or Backup Autoship, Retail Sales Commissions are paid every Friday following the end of every week (Sunday 12PM MST).

For URI Distributors who DO NOT have a minimum 100PV active Autoship or Backup Autoship, Retail Sales Commissions are paid on the 20th of the following month along with monthly commissions.


Glossary of Terms:

Infinity (Dynamic Compression): Dynamically compresses any volume up that has not been paid out through rank and enables the company to pay out a true 50% in commissions. If a Distributor is not qualified to receive a commission, the commission will be paid to the next qualified upline Distributor.

PV (Personal Volume): Every URI Product is assigned a PV value. Distributor commissions are based on the total point value of URI Products sold by each Distributor and his/her Organization. The commissionable amount of personal product purchase.

GV (Group Volume): The total PV of your entire URI Downline.

Downline: All of the URI Distributors and Preferred Customers below you.

Upline: The URI Distributor who sponsored you. Your URI Upline consists of Distributors who fall above you in a line of sponsorship. As a URI Distributor, your upline consists of your sponsor, your sponsor’s sponsor and so on.

Personally Sponsored (Enrolled): URI Distributors that you have personally sponsored/enrolled and placed in your downline or directly under you.

Standard Compression: Removes non-active Distributors and compresses up, guaranteeing that all levels of commission that you are qualified for have volume. For example, if someone in your 3rd Level makes a purchase, but your Levels 1 & 2 do not, the Level 3 PV is compressed up and is regarded as you 1st Level for that commissionable month.

Rank: For example: Affiliate, Supervisor, Executive, etc.

Leg: The downline of any of your first Level Distributors.

Commission Week : Any calendar week Sunday through Saturday.

Commission Month : Any calendar month.

Preferred Customer : A Preferred Customer is someone who wants to purchase URI products at our Preferred Customer prices, but does not want to become a URI Distributor. A personally sponsored Preferred Customer’s PV is credited directly to the sponsoring URI Distributor and can help meet the Distributors monthly PV requirement for that given month. Example: If a personally sponsored Preferred Customer places an order with 100 PV, the PV is credited to the Sponsoring URI Distributor’s PV qualification.
